PERFORMER
I have the we-vibe Moxie I can't get it to connect the the feel connect app. anyone have any ideas. I have looked and have for nothing helpful./images/_common/forums/emoticons/' }

Yep! Same problem... and they said it would take 10 days to respond! They never did. I still haven’t gotten it to work, and that thing wasn’t cheap

Hello!
We apologize for the inconvenience! The We-Vibe can be paired to the Performer App through the Feel Connect App on your phone. To do this you will need to download the Feel Connect app from either Google Play Store or iTunes and tap "connect a device" in the upper left menu. Next, your interactive device should be fully charged. Turn your device on and put it in bluetooth pairing mode.Wait until the app finds your toy, then tap "add selected devices" at the bottom. Now your toy is paired with the Feel Connect app and ready to be used. It's time to add your F4F Tap "add a website" on the upper left menu. The app will open a QR scanner. Log in to the Performer App and from the Interactive tab, select FeelApp and then Connect FeelApp. You will then need to scan the QR code with your phone. Agree to the Chat Log On Agreement. The confirmation panel shows that your device is now connected. Lastly you will need to give your customer FeelApp access. Let us know if this works for you!/images/_common/forums/emoticons/' }

Sadly the app doesn't recognize the device, it just sits on the searching screen for forever. Is this a common issue? Has anyone found any resolution for it? It connects to the We-Vibe app, so I know it isn't a Bluetooth or phone issue./images/_common/forums/emoticons/' }
