Different customers can have different experiences with the same model. Customers should have the maturity to accept that fact. But I have seen some reviews of models where one customer criticizes another customer, by name, for writing a less than positive review of the model. Customers will write about their experience, not your experience. If you had a good experience, Great! Good for you! But don't pick on others who are writing honest reviews.
